My husband has Prostate cancer and has been battling this cruel disease for many years. He really likes these pads! They are the most absorbent that he has tried. His fear of leakage has diminished greatly, since using these. He has used many brands over the years, and had settled on a store brand that were superior to Depends. Turns out they were far inferior to these pads. Freewill pads are great!

Freewill guards are designed to be used with Freewill underwear, which have a specially designed pouch that is custom-sized to hold the guards. This patent-pending underwear / guards system gives you all the absorbent capacity of drugstore pads, but without the hassle that comes with wearing them. Here’s how:
- The Quick-Dry Mesh Pouch in the underwear keeps the guard securely in place without the need for an adhesive.
- The Quick-Dry Mesh wicks moisture into the guard in seconds, meaning you feel dryer, quicker than you do with a legacy brand guard.
- The pouch opens from the exterior of the underwear, which allows you to change it discreetly without pulling down your underwear.
- As the photos show, the pouch is discreet.
- Freewill guards hold more liquid than any other guards in their size range. Learn more about the guards below.
Note that Freewill underwear and guards are designed for men who are experiencing moderate-sized leaks. They are not designed to hold full voids. If you are experiencing full voids, you should use other solutions such as fully disposable briefs or pull-ups.
