Return & exchanges

Our Standard Return Policy

Wildhawk will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn products, subject to the terms and conditions in this Standard Return Policy. Returns and exchanges are free when you use a prepaid shipping label.

To submit a return or exchange request under our Standard Return Policy, email us at support@wildhawk.co. If you have a Shopify account, you can also log in to your account and initiate the return from your order history.

The following terms and conditions apply:

  • Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by us.
  • To be eligible for return…
    • Freewill and Wildhawk underwear must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
    • Freewill guards must be in their original 30-count bag. The bag must not have been opened or damaged. Guards not in an unopened bag in original condition will not be accepted. Freewill guards provided in the free 6-pack should not be returned.
  • We'll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the continental United States using a carrier of our choosing. You'll get a prepaid label from our customer service team by email once you submit a return or exchange request.
  • When packing your return or exchange, please use the original packaging and ensure that only the items listed on your return label are included in the package. Do not include other items.
  • Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your eligible refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Wildhawk. If you purchase our Products from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Unauthorized returns and worn garments

Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns or worn items. If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.

First Pair Guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of Wildhawk or Freewill underwear, we'll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the underwear, subject to the terms and conditions here.
