Freewill underwear is designed to be used with Freewill guards, which are customized to fit comfortably into a specially designed pouch in the underwear. This patent-pending underwear / guards system gives you all the absorbent capacity of drugstore pads, but without the hassle that comes with wearing them. Here’s how:
- The Quick-Dry Mesh Pouch in the underwear keeps the guard securely in place without the need for an adhesive.
- The Quick-Dry Mesh wicks moisture into the guard in seconds, meaning you feel dryer, quicker than you do with a drugstore pad.
- The pouch opens from the exterior of the underwear, which allows you to change it discreetly without pulling down your underwear.
- As the photos show, the pouch is discreet.

I purchased these several times. You just slide the guard (no adhesive) in the pocket in front of the underwear and then make any adjustments and you are ready to go. It is that simple. The guard inside the underwear holds a sufficient amount to keep you dry. I like the fact that the guard does not have adhesive so that there is no worry about moving around and coming undone. It stays in the pocket securely.
