Wildhawks are probably the best fit for you if:
When you experience a dribble/leak, each individual time it happens, the amount of liquid is 1 teaspoon or less. A teaspoon is about the amount that fits inside a bottle cap.
AND
Over the course of a day (that’s from when you wake up till when you go to sleep), you dribble less than a total of 3 ounces. That’s about half a kids juice box, or a travel-sized shampoo bottle (the TSA-friendly size).
AND
Over the course of a night, you dribble less than 2 ounces. That’s about 4 small coffee creamer tubs or a large shot glass.
OR
You currently use absorbent shields (i.e. thin pads), and you feel like they give you the right amount of protection.
Freewill underwear and guards are probably the best fit for you if:

Neither Wildhawk nor Freewill are a good fit for you if:

You currently use full diapers and require that level of protection.
