First Pair Guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of Wildhawk or Freewill underwear, we'll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the underwear, subject to the terms and conditions below.

To submit a First Pair Guarantee return or exchange request, email us at support@wildhawk.co.

The following terms and conditions apply:

• Limit one refund or exchange per type of underwear listed above (Wildhawk or Freewill), per customer, and only applies to your first order of each type of underwear. For example, if your first order includes both Wildhawk and Freewill underwear, you are entitled to a refund or a free exchange for both a single pair of Wildhawk underwear and a single pair of Freewill underwear under the First Pair Guarantee. If you later place another order for either type of underwear and are dissatisfied with your purchase, your only option is to return or exchange the underwear in accordance with our Standard Return Policy.
• The First Pair Guarantee applies to individual underwear pairs only. For example, if you purchase a multipack of underwear in your first order and are dissatisfied with the underwear in the multipack, you are entitled to a refund or a free exchange for one pair of the underwear. Your only option with respect to the other underwear in the multipack is to return or exchange them in accordance with our Standard Return Policy.
• Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• If you choose to replace the underwear, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
• For all other returns and exchanges, please refer to our Standard Return Policy.
• Purchases of Freewill guards are excluded from the First Pair Guarantee and are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
